You may not notice any change in your sight at first and you may first become aware of it when objects change shape, size or colour and appear to move or disappear. You may get blurry vision and lines may become distorted or a dark spot may appear in the centre of your vision.
You need to act quickly and visit your optician as soon as possible to get professional advice if any of these symptoms are happening to you.
